Ahhhh…thank goodness my feet are still firmly planted on the sea and sand. (grin)
However, as a former elementary school teacher…. I know that this time of year is all about excitement, purchasing, organizing, and a NEW YEAR!
There is nothing so exciting as new clothes, new pencils, new crayons, new students, and new clothes…(oh, sorry I think I said that already)
Any gentle readers out there with children?….you get to share in the excitement of it all. It really does feel like something new doesn’t it? Actually, as a teacher I would get excited about purchasing a new lunch bag every year! (laughs)
Of course it would have to be PINK. of course….A cute pink lunch bag always guaranteed for a wonderful, successful, and happy new year.always. …
