With the weather getting warmer I’ve been longing to whip up a berry trifle. I love the combination of white cake…fresh fruit and cream. The Coos Bay Farmers Market

“Wherever life plants you, bloom with grace.” –French proverb Hello, sweet friend… One of my favorite happenings this time of year… is attending the Coos Bay Farmers Market… I always get sooooo excited on the first market day of the season… for me the market is one of life’s simple pleasures… perusing around isles… Checking out the goods… visiting local businesses downtown… picking up farm fresh items… supporting local business owners… sampling a bit of sweet savory delights along the way… yes, of course… 👩‍🍳 What’s Cooking? While perusing the market I came across a vender who was selling all things Greek…of course I picked out several items and decided to bake up a Mediterranean pita pizza.
