A Christmas Tea…♡

Cottage apple pie…♡

Hello, Welcome to Marcia’s Cottage. You arrived just in time, my friend. .. because today is Apple pie baking day. This is a little tradition that I started a few years ago. Oops. ..I almost forgot my cute little apron.–♡ Make sure to have PLENTY of fresh apples. I use a variety; Grammy Smith,  Fuji, and pink Ladies.  (Or seasonal) And of course your favorite apple pie recipe… How about we have a slice….yummy! The Cottage pantry. ..

Hello, Welcome to Marcia’s Cottage. Let’s sit and chat awhile over a cup of tea.  One of  my favorites is an organic rose blend.  It is a loose leaf tea, and made by Davidsons. The laundry room. ..

Company’s Coming!

Welcome to Marcia’s Cottage.  I’m so glad you could stop by. How was your week? Today I will be busy caring for our home. A good friend and her husband are coming for dinner. Come Saturday Morning. …

 Hi everyone! Today I was up bright and early. A beautiful day for the local farmers market, estate sales,  (aka… yard sale) and then doing my favorite thing in the whole world. .. perusing the Vintage Market Place.  What is your favorite thing to do?  There were many beautiful bouquets at the farmer’s market today.  I liked the French marigolds.  Yard sales are great. .. a little patience and you might find just what you are looking for.  I thought this mixed matched teacup might make a nice little gift for. .. someone♡  Oh! Namaste

These are views from our upstairs bedroom. I can’t help but feel gratitude for all the wonderful beauty that I’m surrounded by each morning when I wake up.  There are birds singing,  and we have two squirrels. ..
