Happy Thursday…and how’s your week going so far….
I LoVe my Tea getaways….Yesterday, I traveled to Paris for an afternoon Tea. Well, kind a sort of. *wink.
That’s one of the things that I enjoy about having tea.
Whether your having a little tea at home, or in a special little tearoom across town….you get a chance to relax, and be present to life.
I had been looking forward to spending the day with my friend.
She had just celebrated another birthday.(grin)
And, I wanted to take her to tea. Plus, Just between us…I needed a little time away from painting the benches on our deck.
So, I was up and ready to go have fun!
This is a fun place, because they have a little shopping area,
with so many pretty things to look at.
I looked, and looked, and looked some more.
Thank goodness, I didn’t see anything that I couldn’t live without. Thank goodness!
Anyway, we spent a most delightful, civilized afternoon eating, sipping tea, and chatting. (I think I did most of the chatting…of course) I’m wondering if you ever spend an afternoon sharing in a lovely tea with a friend…
I hope so sweet friend….trust me...it will bring you lots of joy.
