Well actually since I stopped teaching a few years ago, everyday sort of feels like Saturday.
(A really, really, BIG wide grin)
I still LOVE Saturdays since my husband is home and we usually plan a fun date day…ahhhh…♡
Sometimes we take a train ride to the beach or LA, and then take in lunch or a movie. It’s alot of fun. . And very relaxing. …We have our little Starbucks drink, and chat away. .♡
I also enjoy perusing different farmers markets too.
There’s nothing better than a Saturday Farmers Market. ..
On one of our recent train rides into LA, I found the most adorable pink hat. I love wearing hats.. and have a teeny tiny collection.♡
One Saturday during the holidays we visited a beautiful nativity display. ♡
Sometimes when we can, we take a little trip to Carmel. .. because they LOVE our furry kids almost as much as we do. …♡
And of course that’s very hard to do. ..♡
And then sometimes we just decide to hang out at our little cottage. ..
And find a beautiful Park. ..
(Darjeeling doesn’t mind staying behind. ..)
And take lots of fun walks…
Can you keep a secret dear friend? I really love that kind of Saturday because there’s SO much puttering I get done. .. And if the weather is lovely then I make a very special meal for my sweet husband, and find a perfect spot for some alfresco dining.♡
