Raindrops keep falling on my head…♡

Aren’t these cute. ..I think they look like painted raindrops….♡

I was THRILLED to wake up to rain early this morning. Well. .. I’m not sure if it was raining, but there were definitely early morning sprinkles. ♡

These last couple of days I’ve been lovingly tending the Cottage garden. I love to plant, plunk in, prune, and water. ♡

I consider myself a gardener of life, my way to appreciate the sunshine while it lasts, but also be grateful for the rain.

I’m fortunate to have friends with “sunny” dispositions. I’m convinced the reason is because they know the rain is just as important as the sun. They seem to have mastered acceptance, and understanding also. It’s as if they have a vivid sense of the four seasons, and of the comparable flow of gain and loss in life.

I’m learning these things through my little garden. So this morning, instead of working outside…

I think it’s time to sip some tea and pour over a few of my seed catalogs. Another Joyful activity for me.
