As Thanksgiving approaches, I find myself reflecting on all the things that have brought joy, comfort, and gratitude into my life this year. There’s something about this time of year that invites us to pause and truly appreciate the blessings that surround us, both big and small. -Marcia💗
Music and Growth
One of the things I’m most grateful for this year is my journey with music. Being able to perform on the piano has been a humbling and rewarding experience. I’ve spent countless hours practicing and preparing, and while it’s sometimes been a challenge, it’s also been a gift. The thrill of performing in front of others, something that once filled me with anxiety, has slowly turned into a source of pride and fulfillment. It reminds me that growth often comes from stepping outside of our comfort zones.
Love and Companionship
I’m also immensely thankful for the time spent with my husband. Whether it’s our quiet evening together, exploring new places, or simply sharing a meal, I cherish every moment. He’s been my rock, my biggest supporter, and the person I’m most grateful to walk through life with.
And of course, my sweet fur babies…Anastasia and little Camille…bring so much joy and comfort to my days. Their presence is a constant reminder of unconditional love, and I’m thankful for every tail wag and quiet moment spent cuddling with them.
The Beauty of Community
This year has also shown me the beauty of the community in which I live. I’ve found myself surrounded by wonderful friends and neighbors, each of them bringing a unique light into my life. There’s something so special about being part of a close-knit community where support, laughter, and friendship are always close at hand. The place I call home is truly a blessing…its natural beauty, the peacefulness of the Oregon coast, and the warmth of those around me have become constant sources of gratitude.
A Glimpse of Adventure
While I can’t reveal too much just yet, I’m also grateful for the promise of a new adventure on the horizon. There’s something exciting about planning a getaway, something that fills me with anticipation and curiosity. I’m keeping the details under wraps for now, but I can’t wait to share more when the time is right. Let’s just say it’s a trip that will blend my love of the arts with the festive spirit of the season. Stay turned!
Countless Blessings
As I sit back and reflect on the year, I’m filled with gratitude for all these moments and more. Life is full of surprises, challenges, and beautiful experiences. And while it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle, taking a moment to acknowledge these blessings makes everything feel a little brighter.
This Thanksgiving, I’ll be celebrating not just with a feast (yes, we’re bringing back the turkey after a long break!) but with a heart full of gratitude for all the love, music, and beauty that have filled my life this year. Wishing you and yours a joyful Thanksgiving season filled with warmth, laughter, and cherished moments.
