How was your weekend? Did you do anything special? Nothing out of the ordinary for me, but my weekend was still extraordinary, and special. ♡
Saturday, my husband and I tried to stay cool. So we went to the movies, and enjoyed a wonderful Maine like dinner. A really fun date day!
While we were at our favorite Maine like restaurant, waiting for our favorite
Maine like meal….I bamboozled my husband. ..
And snapped a quick selfie of us. He’s a great sport. It was just a silly fun moment. Do you ever do things like that? Of course I’m hoping you do!
On Sunday, we invited a few friends over for a French country brunch. I make a wonderful country breakfast. (Big wide smile)
I throw in a zillion red potatoes, and then add a zillion eggs….With loads of four different cheeses. JOYFUL!
And, then mix it all up. Delightfully sinful.
I also made fresh buttermilk waffles, with pure maple syrup. Everyone loved it! (Especially, Joe!)
We enjoy having friends over for Sunday brunch. It’s a super easy, and fun way to entertain on a weekend.
