Happy Friday! How was your week? Anything fun, and exciting happening this weekend….
I believe summer is on it’s way out. And, around here it goes out with a bang.
Especially, here in the Inland Empire where this gals adorable little cottage sits.Well, this last week was wee warm.
How do you say that in French….not Oui? that means yes. well okay…Oui! Oui! it was very warm around here. Funny, that I have had Paris on my mind. Hmmmm.
Anyway…Fridays are often my grocery shopping days.
However, sometimes due to sales in my favorite shops, and circumstances beyond my control…(grin)
I have to tackle the grocery job on Thursdays. And, this was one of those weeks. So, yesterday I woke up bright, and early to get everything done.
First, I stopped at my favorite car dealership for a complimentary car wash. They said “two hour wait” I smiled, and said “Ciao” Next, I went to my favorite bank, where I can turn in my coins. They said “sorry, our machine is broken.” I smiled, and said “Oh la, la!” …
Thank goodness I knew my favorite stores would still be there for me.
I picked out a very cute dress for Cami. Picked up my groceries. Came home. Went swimming. Then I sent a quick text to my neighbor to see if she’d like to walk with me this morning. Her reply was. ….
“Oh, I’m not home…..I’m in Paris!”
Some of us certainly live a charmed life….*wink*wink
