Happy Saturday! Have I ever told you that Saturday is my favorite day of the week? And, ever since I was a little girl, I have adored Saturday mornings.♡ I get so excited about the possibilities for the day. ♡
And, now that I’m ALL grown up, (grin) I love Saturdays even more! Today, I am very inspired to decorate/straighten out our cottage kitchen cupboard. –♡ You probably aren’t too impressed. Well, Darn! Straightening out this little cupboard makes me so happy. I’m organizing it for the summer.
Well, let’s take a look. .. and perhaps, I’ll impress you after all.
It is a little tricky getting a good photo. I’m just not getting close enough.

I’m trying my darnest to sweeten you up. This is actually the cupcake part of my cupboard. I love to bake! (Especially on Saturdays) (big grin)
I hope I am starting to impress you a little. I have been cleaning this little cupboard out just to show off, it to you.
I’m looking for my red, and white checkered fabric. … Can you see it anywhere…OH! I believe I see it. ..♡
I plan on using this fabric to cover the tables on our outside deck. It will be perfect for a few gatherings that are coming up.

I know that many of you are still experiencing cool weather. However, here in Southern California. …I think summer has arrived.
Thinking about summer, and doing all this organizing…. I’m getting thirsty!
Let’s go outside real quick, and grab a few of those lemons from our tree to make some fresh lemonade. Would you like the recipe? Okey, dokey. …♡ I have the easiest recipe ever.
Fresh lemonade
For each cup of water use:
3-4 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
Boil water and sugar minutes. Cool. Add lemon nice. Enjoy!
