The 50 cent clock

  On one of my walks I had noticed a sign for an estate sale. I decided to stop. In all honesty I was very curious about the home. It sits right on the ocean. Very old, and charming.  Anyway, as luck would have it the sale was only in the garage. I am glad I stopped, because I found a brand new, (still in box) clock. When I asked the guy how much for the clock, he said 50 cents. “Perfect!” I said.

A new shelf

As I continue listening to the “soul” of our cottage, I hear, and see things that will help keep me organized, and add a dash of charm. The shelf measures 2 1/2 ft.  x 40 inches. I think I have said 40 ft. in video. Oops.

Tsunamis, Earthquakes, and Happiness
