It was 10 years ago today that escrow closed on The Honeymoon Cottage. .aka..Marcia’s Cottage.(grin, with fluttering eyelashes)
These two pages are from a little book that was put together several years ago when our home was part of a Vintage Home Tour. That was a fun day. It was also a very special day because Joe and I feel that the Cottage is part of our story. We had just been married four months and felt so lucky to have found The Honeymoon Cottage.
We try to always remember how lucky we have been…. to meet, marry, and live in a lovely adorably quaint cottage. Joe and I met later in life. Not that either of us are old (grin) but we did have “other” lives before we FINALLY met. For me it was well worth the wait.(sweet smile)

Sometimes it takes years before we realize that things work out better than we ever could have imagined. I know that’s how it was for me.♡And then when I look back…I see how everything that happened was perfectly planned. ♡
