F.o.R.e.V.e.R YoUnG….♡

Hello, Welcome to Marcia’s Cottage. I’m so happy to see you today my friend. Shall we have a little tea.

        Well. ..how’s about lemonade instead…

Yesterday, I had several errands to run.

One, of them was to mail the Marcia’s Cottage random giveaway. (grin) and, the other was to drop off something at a friends house…

who lives around the corner sort of.  On my way something SO caught my attention…that I circled the area twice before I decided to pull over and stop.

Oh, and a little self disclosure here, I’m such a child deep down inside. There’s absolutely no doubt about it. I was charmed by a lemonade stand. The first time I drove by the marketing director girl saw me, she smiled  and waved. The second time she saw me, she smiled and waved again. She obviously knows a customer, when she sees one.

And, that’s when I realized I just had to pull over, stop, look, and buy something  from this young entrepreneur.

I loved her little blue and white checkered tablescape set. She introduced herself and started explaining  that she made everything herself. Even the pomegranate  drink!
(Nothing like meeting my younger self)

She also explained that she was planning on sewing up some baby bibs, tea towels, and table napkins. (In case I was interested) Me: “oh…”
Me: “Well, how is business going?” Her: “Great! we have been opened for about 2 hours, and have made $50.00″ Me: (thinking perhaps she is hiring could use some help) Me: “Wow!

Oh, and did I mention that she made sure to let me know that she designed all her own jewelry. Meanwhile  I continued listening very intently…since I was extremely captivated by such a youthful CEO….

Her: “$1.00 for “1/2 glass” of pomegranate drink, $2.00 for a “full glass”… jewelry  priced $1.00 for the teeny tiny bracelets (I was thinking…perhaps they went with the future baby bibs…) $3.00 for the larger ones”….

“And the ones with the” never used” bobby pins in them were going for $4.00″. By this time I was now beginning to feel a little intimidated by this future executive .. and, of course…I sort of forgot that I had errands to run. I’d much rather just hang out right here…♡ of course.

Anyway. …

I looked across the yard, and noticed her little brother (as in going into second grade little) hammering away on wood.

He too came right over and introduced himself. I found out that they worked together, and were going to split the profits. He was building a sign for their business. Me: “oh…really…”

They thought they would call it “Redheads” because….yes, they both have red hair. Oh, but wait….there was one more extremely adorable employee too.

I think he will be in Kindergarten. They aren’t sure if their profits will be equally shared with this one. Since, well….he can’t do that much yet. Oh,  and also he doesn’t have red hair. *wink,*wink

                                                                                                                         xoxo…

May your hands always be busy. May your feet always be swift. May you have a strong foundation, when the winds of changes shift. May your heart always be joyful. And, may your song always be sung. May you stay forever young.
