Happy Saturday! This week went by pretty quickly for me…how about you?
Any special celebrations going on….
Afterall, special celebrations are the Stuff that memories are made of…♡
There will be a joyous celebration in our little world this weekend.
Today is my wedding anniversary. And, g.e.e.z.e.r.s where have 11 years gone? That’s how long I’ve been married to my wonderful husband Joe.
As corny as it sounds….it seems like only yesterday. Of course, I know that it wasn’t. of course. And, wow…so much has really happened since that day, and moment in time….so much. When I look at our wedding pictures…I look soooo different! I’m thinking that I get younger, and younger looking.Ha! I must admit, that this day was probably the happiest day of my life. Not that there weren’t things that went wrong, or anything like that. Actually, somethings were like a comedy of errors. But it was still perfect. So, today we are celebrating by going to the movies. Have any suggestions? And, then an early dinner somewhere. We are keeping it pretty low key.
However, my husband has this terribly sweet, charming habit of sending me long stemmed roses every year. (Smile)
Oh, and of course I plan on baking some wonderful pumpkin cupcakes. Of course. What’s an anniversary without dessert, right? I’m just so very grateful to have an opportunity to celebrate another year with my wonderful guy, husband, and best friend. Actually, I’m more than grateful…I’m joyous…...
