It’s Saturday evening, and I have just returned from another DA bookclub group.
No reading. Just eating, & watching.
And, this evening we hopped on over to Deborah’s lovely cottage in the woods.
So fun, and I’m feeling very lucky to have been invited to be part of this lovely gathering of friends here on the coast.
This was my first time at Debra’s home, so of course I snapped up a few photos.
The food was especially yummy this evening.
One of the ladies prepared a yummy frittata.
She mentioned that she had recently visited Spain, and took a cooking class there.
Again, without spoiling anything (just in case you haven’t yet caught last weeks episode)
my curiosity is rising in regards to how Mr. Charlie Carson will be adjusting to a wife who does not cook.
Oh, and of course how will Mrs. Hughes adjust to his expectations.
Perhaps Mrs. Hughes would like to be part of our DA bookclub… (grin)
Thanks for such a wonderful post!
Ha! Yes, just how will Carson adjust to this predicament??? His stodgy self will have to change with the times as we all must… What a fun group you’re in Marcia! Maybe after DA is completed you’ll have to change to a Doc Martin fan group? ;0)
Hi Jenny! That Mr. Carson better start being nicer, or he might find himself single again. Even cooking his own meals. Yes. It’s a fun group. I am so happy that I moved here just in time to finish off the season.
