  On one of my walks I had noticed a sign for an estate sale. I decided to stop. In all honesty I was very curious about the home. It sits right on the ocean. Very old, and charming.  Anyway, as luck would have it the sale was only in the garage. I am glad I stopped, because I found a brand new, (still in box) clock. When I asked the guy how much for the clock, he said 50 cents. “Perfect!” I said.
