Foggy With A Chance Of Clearing

 Hello…

I hope that you had a nice week. Anything out of the ordinary going on?  Mine has been a little interesting. foggy

I just returned from a walk to the bluff.

The rain has stopped and the fog is lifting.

I’m on the mend from a recent head cold. perhaps a little brain fog going on

My computer phablet crashed this week ( I do most of the work for my blog on this) and consequently ended up losing some of my data and many of my contacts. (most)

fog is lifting…  after lots of research etc…  I felt informed enough and purchased my next phone/computer/camera/

I’m now a student again learning how to operate it. exciting, fun, stressful, frustrating, joyful!

(new friendships, handymen, exploring new things) learning how to use a new computer….

I’m looking foggy oops meant forward to the weekend. Speaking of foggy (seriously what is the matter with me) .f.o.r.w.a.r.d…remember to set your clocks) A few friends are getting together for a Home Movie date and homemade pizza & salad.

Guacamole Salad

Ingredients

4 avocados, thinly sliced

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 red onion, thinly sliced

1 large handful fresh parsley/coriander

1 red chilli, finely chopped (optional)

for the dressing

juice of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste. Place the sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes and red onion on a large platter/individual plates and scatter over the herbs and chilli. Mix all the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad.
