One of the highlights of my week was having the opportunity to paint en plein air for the first time.   The surroundings for this plein air was situated on a beautiful lush green golf course here on the Oregon Coast.   I just came in from outside where I have been working in the garden & decorating the window box with small patriotic flags for the upcoming Memorial Day weekend. While outside my mind wandered to my last Memorial Day spent living in SoCal.
