There are some moments in life that arrive quietly.
Not with fanfare or announcement…
but with a gentle sense of completion.
Over the past months, I have been writing my third book in The Seasons of Eleanor series.
It has been a process shaped by reflection, patience, and a willingness to stay with the story as it unfolded—one page at a time, one chapter at a time, often in the quiet rhythms of ordinary days.
And now… it is ready.
Not in a perfect or polished-to-the-last-detail kind of way,
but in the way something becomes ready when it has been given time, care, and attention.
There is something tender about reaching the end of a creative season.
For so long, the work belongs only to you.
The characters, the thoughts, the unfolding of the story all live privately within your days.
And then slowly, almost unexpectedly, there comes a moment when you realize it is time to let it go gently into the world.
Today, I am quietly sharing that Summer: Inheritance of the Tides is now available.
This book was written during a season of continued transition in my own life—a season of settling, reflecting, simplifying, and learning to trust what was unfolding even when I could not always see the full picture.
In many ways, the writing of it became part of that journey.
And perhaps that is why releasing it feels less like a dramatic arrival and more like placing something down softly… and allowing it to find its place.
If you have been following along with my writing journey, thank you. Truly.
And if this series somehow finds its way to you now, I hope within its pages you may recognize pieces of your own story too—the tender places, the changing tides, the quiet becoming that often shapes us most deeply.
And even as summer has now found its place within the story, I can already sense autumn quietly waiting just beyond the shoreline, carrying its own reflections, questions, and quiet unfolding.
There is something meaningful about letting something go…
and trusting where it may land.
Gratitude:
I am grateful for the quiet courage it takes to share something that once lived only within my own heart.
Summer: Inheritance of the Tides is now available on Amazon.
