I’m 100% committed to it. (Big smile) Okay, so I think it ReAlLy all began around seven years ago. I was still teaching. And as much as I LOVED teaching, it was stressful. I was looking for a way to de-stress. My husband and I had spent a week in Cabo San Lucas. Oddly enough that particular week was when I also became a “Flexitarian” ( I don’t eat meat, or chicken) and little by little I began choosing “healthier” ways to live. However, they had to be choices I “could” live with all the time.
I signed up for a Pilates class. I loved it, and learned enough to start practicing on my own.
I would wake up early on the weekends and go out on our deck to stretch.
I started experiencing all the benefits of stretching, and breathing. (btw that’s Earl, he’s trying to figure out what I’m doing)
As time went on. ..I became sort of obsessed..
I practice yoga twice a day. …well actually, sometimes more.
Well. …okay… I am ExTrEmEly obsessed with the daily practice of Yoga. There are many benefits my friend. I found that one of the biggest benefits is that you can take it wherever you go. It’s like a Go~To exerciser.
