Today I’m looking forward to seeing a friend who is in town for a couple of days. She had wanted to stop by and I said SURE! I haven’t seen her since I stopped teaching a couple of years ago. I hope she recognizes me.

I was happy back then… But now I’m in happy heaven. .

This is me my last week of teaching. My hair was a little longer, and not so blond. Oh! And I also have different glasses. Anyway. .. I’m looking forward to seeing her reaction.♡

I got up early today to do some cleaning up around the Cottage.

The weather has been very nice, and I love playing outside in the scrumptious soil. (Smile)

Actually our gardener just left. .. And did a very nice job cleaning out all the leaves, and now I can do some of my early spring planting.

My hands are all garden ready. Earlier this week I had stopped by the local nursery, and picked out a variety of plants. Oh, and did I tell you that I have a gardening box? My sweet husband puts his extra change in it. When it gets filled I cash it in for garden plants! It was filled to the brim.♡

This is the cover of my gardening box. I’ve had it forever. I’m wondering if you have a gardening box too…♡ If you don’t, you should try it.  It works out great for me!

Sometimes I am able to purchase herbs,  and vegetables for my mini container garden tubs.
Then I’m super duper happy. ♡

The best thing I every saved for was this beautiful bird bath…I LOVE having little birdies around the Cottage. ♡

Well I guess I better get back to work. Thank you for sharing in my day. I hope that you had a pleasant visit . Perhaps you’ll even start a little garden box of your own.♡
