WeEk In ReViEw…A PlAcE iN ThE SuN…..

Hello, Welcome to Marcia’s Cottage. I’m so happy to see you today my friend. Shall we have a little tea.

Friday already? I’ll take It! It’s been a busy couple of days…..

How was your week….

I hope it was good….perhaps it was even great….and, of course that would be fabulous. of course. Well, this gal is taking her September New Year’s resolution V.e.R.y serious.https://marciascottagebythesea.com/2014/09/the-week-in-reviewevery-step-you-take/

I’m seeking wholeness. I suppose that’s why I’ve been throwing out everything, cleaning and sorting through things here at the cottage.https://marciascottagebythesea.com/2014/09/see-you-in-september/

I’m also working at finding a little joy in the everyday.http:www.pinterest.com/marcialren/joy

Surrounding myself with good people who support and encourage me.http:www.pinterest.com/marcialren/furry-kids

And, I’m trusting that I always know what I need. http:www.pinterest.com/marcialren/finding-my-soul

I’m learning to look within myself first. I call this self-care.

You might be thinking I am referring to a day at the spa…hanging out in one of those cushy white robes (grin) with perhaps masks, and cucumbers on my closed eyes….besides a mineral spring pool*wink*wink

Well, actually self-care isn’t really about pampering or indulgence, as it is about doing what feels restorative to you. The thing that allows you to re-connect with yourself and helps you get your equilibrium back. Self-care is about not letting your tank get so drained that you lose sight of what’s most important. YOU!

Wishing you a restorative weekend sweet friend…

                                                                               xoxo…..

                                                                               Marcia
