Hello, Welcome to Marcia’s Cottage. I hope you had lovely weekend. Did you do anything special? It seems that as time goes by, I realize just how amazingly enchanting living life is. I’m finding such joy in the most simple things. A few years ago I signed up for a knitting class. I really enjoyed sitting around a table with other ladies, chatting and knitting. That was the Christmas Joe got a scarf. ♡
Today I decided that I will try it again, because I think that in order to live an enchanting life. … We need to try something new. What are you going to try today? Any enchantments going on?
Oh. .. Perhaps the reason I enjoy knitting, and crocheting, is because I always end up thinking of my grandmother. My nana was always either crocheting, or knitting something….to give away. ♡

This beautiful afghan she made for me when I started college. … At the time my bedroom colors were very bright. Right now I have it in my little laundry room. … another of several rooms in our home that’s going through a transition. I keep both the sweater and blanket there as a reminder that when we try something new, we often create something beautiful. ♡
