Sing a song of Turkey. …♡

Hello, Welcome to Marcia’s Cottage. I’m so happy you stopped by. I’ve been all cozy and warm,  sipping my favorite tea.  Would you like a cup my friend? Let’s sit in these comfy chairs.  These are in our little music room.

This piano was a gift from my father many years ago. He taught me the importance of experiencing joy through music. My father was an awesome singer. I have many fond memories of him singing while I played this piano. -♡

Oh my…What a nice little chat we’ve had,  but I must be going.  The weather is VERY blizzard like outside, and I have a fun little adventure I’ve planned (can you keep a secret?) Of course you can! I’m on my way to teach an art lesson at my husband’s school!

Joe is a Special Education teacher. I know I sound like I’m bragging…. But he is also an excellent one. ♡ He became a teacher later in life. Oh…BTW, the reason I think he’s a wonderful teacher  is because he accepts these special kids with lots of love. These little kiddos are very appreciative too.

                          Cut,  cut,  snip,  snip….

I’ve been drawing, cutting,  and putting together individual projects for each child. Then the really fun part…

I’m going to teach them a song about a turkey! I’ve been practicing ALL week.  I’m actually a little nervous. Wish me luck! Shhh…. Keep it a secret because Joe doesn’t know I’m coming. .. its a surprise for both him, and his adorable students. ♡

This is a gratitude Turkey. … I’m thankful for you stopping by today. ♡ I hope you have a lovely day my friend. Stay warm.
