Oh! Oh! Oh! I almost forgot! I baked the best Monkey bread muffins this morning for an Easter treat. They are so easy… Here’s the recipe. ♡
Easy Monkey Bread Muffins
Ingredients:
• 3 (12 oz.) refrigerated biscuit dough
• 1 c sugar
•  2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 c butter
• 1 c brown sugar

Instructions:
Heat oven to 350°
Use foil liners in muffin pan
mix sugar, and cinnamon, in plastic bag
Cut biscuits into thirds, and then into smaller pieces. Shake biscuit pieces in plastic bag,  and add all pieces into 1 muffin cup. Continue until all pieces are gone, or muffin tins are full.

In a small sauce pan,  melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Boil for one minute.  Spoon 1 tsp. Of mixture over each muffin tin. Bake at 350° for 17 minutes.
Cool and eat. ….YuMmY!

Yikes! I forgot all about the eggs. …I better get
